Belgian Comic Strip Centre - BCSC
Visit : Art Nouveau, Museum/Discover, Architectural Heritage

Description:
Situated in the heart of Brussels in the majestic setting of an Art Nouveau temple (built by Victor Horta in 1906), the Belgian Comic Strip Centre (CBBD) has been open to the public since 6 October 1989.
In just a few years, this big museum has become one of the main attractions in Brussels. Every year, more than 200,000 visitors come to see the permanent and temporary exhibitions mounted here across the Centre’s more than 4000 m².
While the exhibitions help to make this temple a lively, dynamic and attractive place, the CBBD also promotes comic strips and has a modern documentation centre with a catalogue that can be accessed online. Among its many activities, the CBBD also holds exhibitions, conferences and creative workshops, gives advice and publishes books.
