Description:

Bruxelles les Bains: a beach in the city! Fine sand with palm trees, sports areas, games for children and food served in straw huts. In the centre of Brussels, from 6 July to 12 August 2012

Come and join the beach bums, sandcastle builders, Zen masters, ball games and boules players, foodies, fans of rock and hip hop and lovers of exotic beaches.

For the 10th consecutive year the City of Brussels is organising this event, transforming an urban space into a tropical paradise. You've got it, just about everyone will be going!

Extra information

Rules: no swimming in the canal, no pets, no bottles or other glass objects anywhere on the site, no radios, and no promotions or selling unless authorised by the organisers.

Longer opening hours on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday evenings starting this 28 July.

Activities are free for all

  • Tuesday-Thursday : 11:00-23:00
  • Friday-Saturday : 11:00-23:00
  • Sunday : 11:00-22:00
